Shipping Information



Shipping & Delivery Options

Shipping rates are based per item purchased.

* Tower.com no longer ships to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure no shipping delays from time of order. *Tower.com will ship to APO/FPO addresses with our standard service, however there will be shipping delays and weight and size restrictions will apply. Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Due to the nature of the service and your destination address, we will allow up to 30 business days for final delivery.

Next Day & Two-day Delivery Service Options

Tower is pleased to offer within the contiguous U.S. Next day and Two-day delivery options for all orders. This option is not available for APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. The estimated time frame for Next day shipping is one business day and for Two-day shipping is two business days to arrive upon shipment. Please note that shipment from Tower is dependant on item availability rather than order date.

Standard, Expedited & Priority Services

Priority shipping takes an estimated 2-4 business days, Expedited shipping takes an estimated 5-7 business days and Standard shipping takes an estimated 8-15 business days to arrive upon shipment. Please note that shipment from Tower is dependant on item availability rather than order date. Due to the nature of these shipping services and your destination address, we will allow all three services up to 21 business days for final delivery.

If you wish to get your items faster, please select Next day or Two-day shipping. Please note that changing the shipping speed will not improve the shipping date, only improve the delivery service.

International Service

International shipping takes an estimated 5-15 business days to arrive upon shipment. Please note that shipment from Tower is dependant on item availability rather than order date.

Due to the nature of the service and your destination address, we will allow up to 30 business days for final delivery.

Please note that all shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to custom duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. As the import of record in the destination country, the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all duties, taxes and subsequent fees due.

Two-Day and Next-Day shipping is calculated per item and available only to U.S. Customers at this time.

All shipping rates are calculated at the point of purchase.

Shipping Rates: International Customers (including Canada)

Address Information

Please note, we are no longer able to provide shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide an alternative physical address and we will gladly dispatch your order!

Colleges and Universities
To ensure that your order is received by the campus, provide the following:

  1. Address Line 1: Name of College or University
  2. Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a building name, letter or number, dormitory name, letter or number and department name, letter or number).

Business Addresses
To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:

  1. Address Line 1: Name of Business
  2. Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a suite name, letter or number, room name, letter or number and floor number).

Apartments/Duplex
To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:

  1. Address Line 1: Physical Street Address
  2. Address Line 2: Apt. Number

Delivery Times

Next day & Two-day Delivery Times

Orders shipped through Next day shipping are due to arrive the following business day and orders shipped through Two-day shipping are due to arrive in two business days. This service is not available for international, APO/FPO and P.O.Box addresses.

Standard, Expedited & Priority Services

For all three services we will allow up to the following delivery times from the original shipment date:

  • 21 business days for orders placed within the contiguous U.S
  • 30 business days for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory, Canada or a Military address (APO/FPO)*
  • 30 business days for international shipments.

*Please note that shipping to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses will be delayed and size and weight restrictions may apply. Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and the order has not arrived?

If you order still has not arrived after the delivery times listed above, please check the following options:

  • All Next day and Two-day shipping orders are shipped via trackable service. Please refer to the tracking number provided with your order. If tracking indicates that the order is delivered, please check to make sure the package was not left with another family member, landlord, building manager, or placed outside your address e.g. porch
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to the shipper, it may have been undeliverable to your address or there have been multiple failed attempts at delivery. In no circumstances are these orders eligible for shipping refunds. These items may also have return shipping costs deducted.
  • If the tracking information is blank, please email us: orders@tower.com
  • If your order was shipped with Standard, Expedited, or Priority shipping through USPS, no tracking numbers are available. Before contacting a Tower representative, please contact your local Post Office to ensure that the package is not being held.
  • All orders are assumed delivered if Tower is not contacted within 35 days of original ship date and are not eligible for shipping refunds.
